Tabitha Herrera is an attorney licensed in Florida, Colorado, and Texas, with a broad range of legal experience across civil, criminal, and appellate matters. Originally from El Paso, Texas, she speaks English and Spanish, and is dedicated to serving clients with clarity, integrity, and professionalism.

Before joining Doyle & Seelbach, she served in the Tax Litigation Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. She has a genuine passion for navigating challenging legal questions and crafting well-reasoned solutions.A strong proponent of the plain language movement, she is passionate about making the law understandable for all—clients, courts, and the public alike—without sacrificing precision or professionalism.

Tabitha earned her J.D from the Florida State University College of Law, where she served as the president of the Business Law Society and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and dog, reading, and watching anime.
