Trek has successfully litigated personal injury and commercial cases for over 20 years since he graduated from University of Texas School of Law with honors. Trek has represented individuals as well as national retailers, insurers, major domestic and foreign automobile, tire and other product manufacturers.

Trek's clients include Fortune 100 retailers and he has developed sophisticated strategies for handling personal injury claims filed by employees of companies who do not subscribe (i.e., "nonsubscribers") to Texas workers' compensation. Trek regularly advises employers on the interpretation of occupational plans and defends ERISA and other employment-related discrimination claims.

Prior to founding Doyle & Seelbach PLLC, Trek worked as a litigation partner at Winstead PC, one of the largest law firms in Texas. Trek lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Kristen, and son, Cason. In his spare time, Trek enjoys cycling and yoga.

Karl received his business degree at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas and earned his law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he was ranked one of the top advocates in the nation. Prior to founding Doyle & Seelbach PLLC, Karl worked as a litigation partner at Winstead PC, one of the largest law firms in Texas.

Karl lives in Dripping Springs, Texas with his wife, Adrienne, and daughters, Annabelle and Millie. In his spare time, Karl enjoys traveling, fishing and spending time with family.
